Prepare the student pilot

Adrenal Phase 2 is the probable first pilot and Beta-Lactam the fallback. Complete the September 22 preparation before the October 5 leadership discussion; selection and governance remain open.

The CGM research brief is submitted. C. difficile remains accepted, with Jordan’s licence signed. The Beta-Lactam reporting card is complete; this does not establish toolkit approval or launch.

CCM training is scheduled for September 24–25. Cirrhosis workflow testing is planned for early October; scope approvals and rollout confirmation remain open.

PLP · 01Accepted · pre-production

C. difficile pathway publication

A user-centred design and co-creation manuscript for recurrent C. difficile management.

ProgressThe manuscript is accepted and Jordan’s publication licence was signed on September 21. Author queries and fee coordination continue; production and publication are not yet confirmed.

NextConfirm the fee arrangement and remaining author licences, metadata and image requirements.

Obesity asynchronous course

A primary-care course connecting obesity biology, the 5AsT approach and patient-centred care.

ProgressCourse development continues, with remaining graphic-design work discussed at the latest operational check-in. Final asset approval is not confirmed.

Cirrhosis Connect Care summary

Decision-support design focused on faster clinical orientation and lower alert burden.

ProgressUpdated navigation and note templates have been demonstrated. A soft rollout and early-October workflow testing are planned; deployment completion remains unverified.

NextUse the September 23 project meeting to confirm rollout, the early-October test date and the closing-report outcome.

Cancer diagnosis pathways

HCD resources for newcomer and rural patients, including multilingual tools and videos.

ProgressExisting resources are in dissemination. Outreach has been clarified as cancer-symptom and doctor-conversation education. Additional adaptation still depends on partner priorities and agreement.

NextAwait partner feedback following the Sharing Circle discussion, then agree language needs and community-led next steps.

PLP · 05Research brief submitted

CGM education + research brief

A clinician conversation tool, patient guide and research-letter evidence package.

ProgressThe research brief is submitted to Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice, confirmed by the September 21 publication record and co-authorship request. The original tools remain in ongoing support.

NextComplete the co-authorship confirmation and verify that final figures and requested access changes are resolved. Keep the separate HCD manuscript distinct.

PLP design student collaboration

A January–April 2027 Design 400 pilot built around one bounded, researchable HCD phase.

ProgressA single student-group pilot remains the direction. The working document now frames Adrenal Phase 2 as the probable first pilot and Beta-Lactam as the fallback, with strategic fit and PLP return to be tested through time tracking and a post-term review. Selection and governance remain open.

NextReview the drafted Adrenal and Beta-Lactam outlines for September 22, then take scope and strategic alignment to the October 5 leadership discussion. Confirm capacity, ownership and approval gates.

Sickle Cell pain-crisis research

Patient-centred research into experiences and causal beliefs around emergency pain-crisis care.

ProgressCultural Network Analysis / Cognitive Cultural Mapping is being explored. Training is scheduled; final method, participant scope and ethics decisions remain open.

NextAttend September 24–25 training, 1–3 p.m. MDT; confirm the approach with leadership and reconcile the charter, interview guide and sample.

A reusable illustration and thumbnail system for the L3 recordings library.

ProgressRemaining graphics and coordination were discussed at the latest check-in. Final banner and thumbnail approval remains unverified.
